ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อในโรงพยาบาลของพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลสุทธาเวช คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม

การวิจัยเชิงบรรยายนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อในโรงพยาบาล ของพยาบาลโรงพยาบาลสุทธาเวช คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ พยาบาล 90 คน คัดเลือกโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เก็บข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนกรกฎาคม - กันยายน 2568 เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามปัจจัยด้านชีวสังคม ความรู้เรื่องการป้องกันการติดเชื้อ ความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และพฤติกรรมป้องกันการติดเชื้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น KR-20 ของแบบสอบถามความรู้ เท่ากับ 0.73 และค่าแอลฟาของครอนบาคของแบบสอบถามความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และพฤติกรรมป้องกันการติดเชื้อ เท่ากับ 0.83, 0.89 และ 0.86 ตามลำดับ เนื่องจากข้อมูลมีการแจกแจงไม่ปกติ จึงวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบสเปียร์แมน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ (การรับรู้อุปสรรคและแรงจูงใจด้านสุขภาพ) มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับค่อนข้างต่ำกับพฤติกรรมป้องกันการติดเชื้ออย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (rs = 0.282 และ 0.242, p < .05 ตามลำดับ) การสนับสนุนทางสังคม (ด้านอารมณ์ ข้อมูลข่าวสาร และวัสดุอุปกรณ์) มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับค่อนข้างต่ำกับพฤติกรรมป้องกันการติดเชื้ออย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติเช่นกัน (rs = 0.212, 0.226 และ 0.227, p < .05 ตามลำดับ) ส่วนความรู้เกี่ยวกับการป้องกันการติดเชื้อและระยะเวลาการปฏิบัติงานไม่มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ผลการวิจัยนี้สามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางวางกลยุทธ์ส่งเสริมแรงจูงใจด้านสุขภาพและการสนับสนุนทางสังคม เพื่อส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อของพยาบาลอย่างเหมาะสม
