The journal has a policy of publishing high-quality articles on thoracic diseases, cardiovascular diseases, chest diseases, critical care medicine and cardiovascular thoracic surgery. All submissions undergo a peer review process by experts in the field. The target audience includes medical professionals, public health personnel, and researchers both within and outside the institute.                                

Peer Review Process :  All articles must be reviewed by at least two experts in the relevant field through a double-blind review process, where both the reviewers and the authors remain anonymous to each other.
