ประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบการส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียว 6 เดือน

การวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลองนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบการส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียว 6 เดือนแบบมีส่วนร่วมในพื้นที่ชุมชนเขตรับผิดชอบของโรงพยาบาลสกลนคร เลือกกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ 30 คน แบบเจาะจง เพื่อร่วมพัฒนารูปแบบฯ สุ่มอย่างง่ายผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียว 6 เดือน จำนวน 60 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการทดสอบที
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มแม่หลังคลอดมีอายุเฉลี่ย 26.9 ปี ผลการระดมความคิดเห็นได้รูปแบบการส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียว 6 เดือน แนวใหม่แบบมีส่วนร่วมในชุมชน เมื่อประเมินประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบฯ พบว่า ระดับความรู้พฤติกรรมการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียว 6 เดือน และระดับคะแนนการไหลของน้ำนมแม่เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p< 0.01) สรุปได้ว่า รูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมของครอบครัว แกนนำชุมชน สามารถช่วยเพิ่มโอกาสการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียวในมารดาหลังคลอดได้
