การพัฒนารูปแบบการบำบัดโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนภายใต้กลไกคณะกรรมการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตระดับอำเภอ: พชอ. ในผู้ใช้ยาเสพติด ประเทศไทย

การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบำบัดโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนภายใต้กลไกคณะกรรมการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตระดับอำเภอ ในผู้ใช้ยาเสพติด ดำเนินการ ระหว่าง 1 ตุลาคม 2565 – 30 กันยายน 2566 ในจังหวัดน่าน กาฬสินธุ์ สมุทรปราการ และนครศรีธรรมราช กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ใช้ยาเสพติด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ แบบประเมินและส่งต่อผู้ป่วยที่ใช้ยาเสพติด เครื่องชี้วัดคุณภาพชีวิต ผลการตรวจปัสสาวะ สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ จำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน Komogorov-Smirnov, Paired simple T-test และ ANOVA 4. ประเมินผล พบว่า ขั้นตอนที่ 1 พบรูปแบบ 5 รูปแบบ ได้แก่ การบำบัดโดยชุมชนเป็นฐาน การฟื้นฟูครอบครัว การบำบัดแบบบูรณาการ เพื่อนช่วยเพื่อนและ การฟื้นฟูอาชีพ ขั้นตอนที่ 2 รูปแบบการบำบัดฟื้นฟู 4 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะเตรียมการ ดำเนินการ บำบัดฟื้นฟูและคืนความยั่งยืนสู่ชุมชน ขั้นตอนที่ 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น 112 คน มีความแตกต่างคะแนนเฉลี่ย คุณภาพชีวิตก่อนและหลังการบำบัดฟื้นฟู ในภาพรวม ด้านร่างกาย ด้านจิตใจ ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ P-value < 0.001
