เปรียบเทียบประสิทธิผลการบำบัดรักษาผู้ป่วยยาเสพติด ระหว่าง Matrix Program กับ CBTx ในคลินิกยาเสพติดและสุขภาพจิต โรงพยาบาลทุ่งตะโก จังหวัดชุมพร

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาแบบย้อนหลัง เพื่อศึกษาแบบแผนการบําบัดรักษาผู้ป่วยยาเสพติด และเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิผลการบำบัดรักษาระหว่าง Matrix Program (MP) กับ Community Based Treatment (CBTx ) ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ ผู้ป่วยยาเสพติดที่รักษาด้วย MP กับ CBTx เดือนธันวาคม 2565 – ธันวาคม 2566 จำนวน 125 คน เป็นกลุ่ม MP จำนวน 60 คน กลุ่ม CBTx จำนวน 65 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบบันทึก และระเบียนข้อมูลจากฐานข้อมูล (Query Database) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา และสถิติอนุมาน ได้แก่ Chi-square test หรือ Fisher exact test
ผลการเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิผลการบำบัดรักษา พบว่าระยะบำบัดรักษา ทั้ง 2 กลุ่มมีความแตกต่างกัน และระยะติดตาม ในภาพรวมสามารถติดตามผู้ป่วยได้ จำนวน 118 คน ร้อยละ 94.4 ผลการติดตามที่ 2 สัปดาห์ - 3 เดือน กลุ่ม MP และกลุ่ม CBTx ไม่กลับไปเสพซ้ำ ร้อยละ 46.7 และ 93.1 มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการไม่กลับไปเสพซ้ำหลังการบำบัดที่ 2 สัปดาห์ - 3 เดือน ทั้งกลุ่ม MP และกลุ่ม CBTx ได้แก่ เพศ และการใช้สารเสพติดประเภทบุหรี่ และสุรา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05
