ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันตนเอง จากโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวาน

การศึกษาภาคแบบตัดขวางนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคและปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานที่ขึ้นทะเบียนรักษาที่คลินิกโรคเรื้อรังที่โรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระยุพราชธาตุพนมและอาศัยอยู่ในตำบลพระกลางทุ่ง อำเภอธาตุพนม จังหวัดนครพนม จำนวน 187ราย สุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ ไคสแควร์และสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศ หญิง ร้อยละ 61.50 มีอายุ 60 ปีขึ้นไป ร้อยละ 74.90 ระยะที่ป่วยด้วยโรคเบาหวาน อยู่ในช่วง 11 ปีขึ้นไป ร้อยละ 26.73 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ส่วนใหญ่มีพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคอยู่ในระดับดี ร้อยละ 68.98 ระดับการศึกษากับอาชีพ มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05) การรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยง การรับรู้ความรุนแรง การรับรู้ประโยชน์ และการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเองในการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05)
