ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการชักชวนประชาชนให้เข้ารับบริการฉีดวัคซีน โรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID-19) ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน

การศึกษาเชิงสำรวจภาคตัดขวาง เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการชักชวนประชาชน ให้เข้ารับบริการฉีดวัคซีนโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน อำเภอท่าอุเทน จังหวัดนครพนม จำนวน 150 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมานโดยใช้สถิติการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงพหุแบบทีละขั้นตอน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 83.30 มีอายุอยู่ระหว่าง 40-49 ปี ร้อยละ 36.70 สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา ร้อยละ 45.30 สถานภาพสมรส คู่ ร้อยละ 48.70 ประกอบอาชีพเกษตรกรรม ร้อยละ 67.30 มีรายได้อยู่ในช่วง 1-20,000 บาท ร้อยละ 50.70 ระยะเวลาการเป็น อสม. อยู่ในช่วงระหว่าง 6-10 ปี ร้อยละ 42.00 ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการชักชวนประชาชนให้เข้ารับบริการฉีดวัคซีนโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ได้แก่ การควบคุมและติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงาน (Beta=.371) โดยสามารถทำนายการชักชวนประชาชนให้เข้ารับบริการฉีดวัคซีนโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านได้ร้อยละ 13.8 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ p<.001
