การวิจัยและพัฒนารูปแบบการเฝ้าระวังและการจัดการความเสี่ยงอุบัติเหตุทางถนน อำเภอเมืองสกลนคร

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและประเมินประสิทธิผลรูปบบการเฝ้าระวังและการจัดการความเสี่ยงอุบัติเหตุทางถนนแบบ Sensor Model อำเภอเมืองสกลนคร จังหวัดสกลนคร โดยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยและพัฒนาในกลุ่มคณะกรรมการศูนย์ปฏิบัติการความปลอดภัยทางถนน 150 คน และประชาชนกลุ่มที่เคยได้รับอุบัติเหตุ จำนวน 271 คน และผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 30 คน รวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบบันทึกการเกิดอุบัติเหตุ แบบสอบถาม แนวทางสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก รวมทั้งแบบคัดลอกข้อมูลจากระบบฐานข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติการทดสอบที และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบที่สร้างขึ้นส่งผลให้สามารถลดอัตราตายจาก 1.48 ต่อแสนประชากร เป็น 0 ต่อแสนประชากร อัตราการบาดเจ็บลดลงอย่างชัดเจน และประชาชนในพื้นที่มีความพึงพอใจในระดับมากขึ้นหลังการทดลองใช้รูปแบบ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.0001) ดังนั้น รูปแบบ Sensor Model จัดเป็นแนวทางการดำเนินงานเพื่อป้องกันการบาดเจ็บจากอุบัติเหตุทางถนน ควรนำไปขยายผลให้กับอำเภออื่น ๆ ได้
