ปัจจัยทำนายความกลัวการคลอดบุตรของสตรีมีครรภ์วัยรุ่นในจังหวัดเชียงราย

การวิจัยพรรณนาหาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนายนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความกลัวการคลอดบุตร และปัจจัยทำนายความกลัวการคลอดบุตรในสตรีมีครรภ์วัยรุ่นในจังหวัดเชียงราย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ สตรีอายุครรภ์ 34 - 40 สัปดาห์ อายุไม่เกิน 20 ปี และไม่มีภาวะแทรกซ้อนระหว่างตั้งครรภ์ ที่มารับบริการในแผนกฝากครรภ์ โรงพยาบาลชุมชน 3 แห่ง ในจังหวัดเชียงราย จำนวน 150 ราย โดยเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามสะดวกตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามการรับรู้ความกลัวการคลอดบุตรรูปแบบเอ ของวิจมา และคณะ แปลเป็นภาษาไทย โดย กชกร ตัมพวิบูล แบบสอบถามความวิตกกังวลของสปิลเบอร์เกอร์ และคณะ แปลเป็นภาษาไทย โดย ดาราวรรณ ต๊ะปินตา แบบวัดความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเองของ โรเซนเบอร์ก แปลเป็นภาษาไทย โดย จิราวรรณ นิรมิตภาษ และแบบวัดแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมของ จิราวรรณ นิรมิตภาษ ทดสอบความเชื่อมั่นของเครื่องมือได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ 0.94, 0.90, 0.87 และ 0.94 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ (ร้อยละ 74.70) มีความกลัวการคลอดบุตรอยู่ในระดับรุนแรง (x ̅ = 76.98, S.D. = 7.87) 2) ความวิตกกังวลต่อสถานการณ์ และความวิตกกังวลประจำบุคคล สามารถร่วมกันทำนายความกลัวการคลอดบุตรในสตรีมีครรภ์วัยรุ่นได้อย่างเหมาะสมที่ร้อยละ 27.80
