ความเครียด การเผชิญความเครียด และปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความเครียดของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอเมืองอำนาจเจริญ จังหวัดอำนาจเจริญ

การวิจัยเชิงวิเคราะห์ภาคตัดขวางครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความเครียด การเผชิญความเครียด และปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความเครียดของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ในพื้นที่อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอำนาจเจริญ คำนวณขนาดตัวอย่างด้วยสูตรสำหรับวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยพหุคูณ ได้เท่ากับ 130 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามความเครียด การเผชิญความเครียด มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .90 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมานด้วย Multiple regression analysis โดยวิธี Stepwise
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทส่วนใหญ่เป็นมารดา อายุเฉลี่ย 56.77±12.43 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา อาชีพเกษตร ไม่มีโรคประจำตัว ดูแลผู้ป่วยมามากกว่า 30 ปี มีสัมพันธภาพที่ดีกับผู้ป่วย การรับรู้สมรรถนะตนเองและแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีความเครียดเฉลี่ย 29.02±11.18 คะแนน เผชิญความเครียดด้วยวิธีการเผชิญหน้ากับปัญหา ร้อยละ 53.1 โดยปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความเครียดของผู้ดูแล อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ได้แก่ การรับรู้สมรรถนะตนเอง (r=-.936, p<.001) สัมพันธภาพกับผู้ป่วย (r=-.930, p<.05) โดยร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 88.6 (F=241.818, p<.001) ดังนั้น ควรสร้างเสริมสมรรถนะของผู้ดูแลและสัมพันธภาพที่ดีในครอบครัว
