การทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรมป้องกันพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศในนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น

ปัจจุบันพบปัญหาวัยรุ่นมีพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศมากขึ้น ส่งผลให้เกิดปัญหาทั้งทางด้านร่างกาย จิตใจ สังคมและเศรษฐกิจ การทบทวนวรรณกรรมครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสรุปองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรมป้องกันพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศในนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นงานวิจัยที่ตีพิมพ์เป็นภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2552-2562 จำนวน 8 เรื่อง โดยใช้เครื่องมือการศึกษาจากสถาบันโจแอนนาบริกส์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบบรรยาย ผลลัพธ์จากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบ พบว่า 1) การให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการป้องกันการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ก่อนวัยอันควร 2) การให้ความรู้โดยใช้วิธีการสอนที่หลากหลาย เช่น การบรรยาย การแสดงบทบาทสมมติ การอภิปรายกลุ่ม การใช้สื่อมัลติมีเดีย การสาธิตย้อนกลับ 3) การมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง สามารถลดพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศในนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นได้
