DEVELOPMENT OF PATIENT REHABILITATION INTERMEDIATE CARE FOR STROKE, NOEN HOM SUBDISTRICT, MUEANG PRACHINBURI DISTRICT, PRACHINBURI PROVINCE

The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the ability to take care of patients and ability to activities daily of stroke patients in Muang Prachinburi District Prachinburi Province, 2) to development of intermediate care for stroke, Noen Hom subdistrict, Mueang Prachinburi district, Prachinburi province. The sample group in phase 1 consisted of 178 caregivers of stroke patients residing in Mueang Prachinburi District. Phase 2 consisted of 23 key informants.
The research instruments were the questionnaires, Suitability assessment form accuracy covered benefit 0.89 and the outcomes were analyzed using frequency, percentage, and content analysis.The results of the research were as follows: 1) Most of the caregivers of stroke patients were female, 66.85% were male, 33.15% had the ability to care for patients overall was poor, 43.26% and stroke patients could help themselves. 84.83 percent and 2) the development of intermediate care for stroke, Noen Hom subdistrict, Mueang Prachinburi district, Prachinburi province, consists of 3 elements, 7 activities
Results of the development of intermediate care for stroke, Noen Hom subdistrict, Mueang Prachinburi district, Prachinburi province found that there were mechanism, process,and participation of stakeholders.
