THE MODEL DEVELOPMENT FOR NEW NORMAL HEALTHCARE OF VILLAGE HEALTH VOLUNTEERS DOCTOR IN COMMUNITY PRIMARY HEALTH CENTER (CPHC.), DIGITAL AGE

Abstract

This study of The Model Development for New Normal Healthcare of Village Health Volunteers doctor in Community Primary Health Center (CPHC.), Digital Age. It is a Participatory Action Research: PAR). The objective is to develop Model for New Normal Healthcare of Village Health Volunteers doctor in Community Primary Health Center (CPHC.), Digital Age. The purposive sampling includes 40 Healthcare of Village Health Volunteers, 40 service receivers, 20 public health officers. There are 4 steps: 1) Planning 2) Acting and Observing 3) Reflecting and 4) Re-planning. Data were collected by in-depth interviews. Started from October 2021 - March 2023. The tools used to collect data include questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed for frequency distribution, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Qualitative data Analyzed by content analysis
The study found that; The Model Development for New Normal Healthcare of Village Health Volunteers doctor in Community Primary Health Center (CPHC.), Digital Age consisted of 5 steps: 1) preparation stage 2) service provision stage 3) home visit stage 4) monitoring and evaluation stage 5) Self-care stage. Result of using the generated model to develop the prototype area and organize a forum to exchange knowledge for expanding results found that: the Healthcare of Village Health Volunteers have been developed their potential to have knowledge and skill to apply digital to primary health care. Be able to provide services and care of patients in the community both proactively and reactively.
Suggestion to policy recommendations Department of Health Service Support, Provincial Administrative Organization, local government organizations, hospitals and community organizations should have a policy to support the operations of Community Primary Health Center (CPHC.) as a place of work for Volunteers provide basic services to the community. and jointly formulate plans, projects, guidelines for supervising and helping, including supporting budgets for operations. This model can be used for development Community Primary Health Center (CPHC.) in other areas.
