คุณภาพและอัตลักษณ์บัณฑิตคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพบัณฑิตและอัตลักษณ์บัณฑิตคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ประชากรคือ หัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยหรือพยาบาลประจำการที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลเดียวกันกับบัณฑิตที่สำเร็จปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 98 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป 2) แบบสอบถามคุณภาพบัณฑิตตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษา สาขาพยาบาลศาสตร์ (6 ด้าน) และ 3) แบบสอบถามอัตลักษณ์บัณฑิตที่สอดคล้องกับอัตลักษณ์นิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวรคือเป็นคนดี คนเก่ง มีวินัย และภูมิใจในชาติ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า บัณฑิตมีคุณภาพโดยรวมทั้ง 6 ด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.99, S.D. = 0.57) ด้านที่มีคะแนนสูงสุดคือด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม (
= 4.30, S.D. = 0.65) รองลงมาคือด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและรับผิดชอบ (
= 4.29, S.D. = 0.51) ส่วนด้านที่มีคะแนนต่ำสุดคือด้านทักษะการปฏิบัติทางวิชาชีพ (
= 3.52, S.D. = 0.56) บัณฑิตมีอัตลักษณ์โดยรวมทั้ง 4 ด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก (
= 4.15, S.D. = 0.58) ด้านที่มีคะแนนสูงสุดคือด้านมีวินัย (
= 4.32, S.D. = 0.56) รองลงมาคือด้านเป็นคนดี (
= 4.28, S.D. = 0.59) ส่วนด้านที่มีคะแนนต่ำสุดคือด้านเป็นคนเก่ง (
= 3.81, S.D. = 0.54) ดังนั้น ควรพัฒนานิสิตคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร เพื่อให้เป็นบัณฑิตที่มีคุณภาพด้านทักษะการปฏิบัติทางวิชาชีพ และมีอัตลักษณ์ด้านเป็นคนเก่งเพิ่มมากขึ้นในสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคอุบัติใหม่
