Reviewer Ethics

    1. Maintain the confidentiality of manuscripts and author information and refrain from

disclosing such information to unauthorized individuals throughout the review process.

    2. Decline to review manuscripts in cases where conflicts of interest exist that may prevent an independent and objective evaluation. Reviewers must not seek personal benefit from the manuscripts under review.

  3. Accept review assignments only when they possess expertise relevant to the subject matter of the manuscript.

 4. Evaluate manuscripts based on academic principles and evidence, including significance, objectives, content consistency, originality, timeliness, and overall quality, without personal bias.

  5. Recommend relevant literature or significant prior research that should be cited when such references have been omitted by the author.

  6. If clear evidence of plagiarism is identified, promptly notify the editor and recommend rejection of the manuscript.

 7. Complete manuscript reviews within the specified timeframe

  Author Ethics

1. Manuscripts submitted for publication must be original works that have not been previously published and have not appeared in full conference proceedings.

2. Ensure that manuscripts comply with the journal’s formatting requirements and manuscript preparation guidelines.

3.  Authors submitting research articles must present accurate and truthful research findings without fabrication, falsification, or misrepresentation of data. Authors are also required to revise their manuscripts according to reviewers’ comments within the specified timeframe.

4. Academic articles should be developed through a comprehensive review of relevant literature and should present scholarly analysis and discussion.

5. All sources and works of others used in the manuscript must be appropriately cited and included in the reference list.

6. All individuals listed as authors must have made significant contributions to the research and manuscript preparation.

7. Authors wishing to withdraw a manuscript must notify the Editor immediately.

8. Research involving human participants must be accompanied by approval from a Human Research Ethics Committee. The manuscript must clearly indicate the institution granting ethical approval and the corresponding approval number.
