Abstract

         เป็นที่ทราบกันดีว่างานวิจัยนับว่าเป็นปัจจัยที่สำคัญอย่างยิ่งในทางการแพทย์ ในด้านของแพทยศาสตรศึกษางานวิจัยก็ถือว่ามีความสำคัญไม่ได้ยิ่งหย่อนไปกว่ากัน ดังนั้นในทุกสถาบันที่มีการเรียนการสอนจึงมีความจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่จะต้องสร้างและส่งเสริมให้มีการพัฒนางานวิจัยในเชิงแพทยศาสตรศึกษาควบคู่ไปกับงานวิจัยทางการแพทย์ เพื่อสร้างองค์กรที่มีความรู้และระบบนิเวศน์ (ecosystem) ที่เหมาะสมและทันสมัยตามโลกที่เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว
