Duties and Ethical Responsibilities of Authors
- Authors must ensure that the submitted manuscript is original and has not been published or simultaneously submitted elsewhere.
- Manuscripts must be prepared strictly in accordance with the journal’s submission guidelines.
- All sources must be properly cited, and appropriate references must be provided whenever the work of others is used.
- All listed authors must have made significant contributions to the research.
- Any form of plagiarism or copyright infringement is the sole responsibility of the authors.
- Research involving human participants or experimental animals must receive ethical approval from an appropriate ethics committee, and such approval must be stated in the manuscript.
- Published articles are the responsibility of the authors.
- The editorial decision regarding publication is final.

- Reviewers must evaluate manuscripts within their area of expertise using academic and objective standards.
- Manuscripts must be reviewed fairly, impartially, and without personal bias.
- Reviewers should provide constructive and relevant feedback to help improve the quality of the manuscript.
- Reviewers must declare any conflicts of interest and decline to review if such conflicts exist.
- All manuscripts and related information must be treated as confidential.
- Any suspected plagiarism, duplication, or unethical practice must be reported to the editor.
- Reviewers must submit their evaluations within the timeframe specified by the journal.
- The editorial decision is final.

- Editors are responsible for selecting manuscripts based on academic quality and relevance to the journal’s scope.
- Editors must ensure rigorous screening for plagiarism, duplication, and research misconduct and may retract articles when ethical violations are identified.
- Editors must maintain confidentiality of authors and reviewers throughout the review process.
- Manuscripts must be evaluated fairly and transparently, without discrimination or bias.
- Editors must verify that research involving humans or animals has received appropriate ethical approval.
- Editors must avoid conflicts of interest in all editorial decisions.
- Editors should not submit their own manuscripts to the journal they manage.
- The editorial decision regarding publication is final.
