Duties and Ethical Responsibilities of Authors

  5. Any form of plagiarism or copyright infringement is the sole responsibility of the authors.
  6. Research involving human participants or experimental animals must receive ethical approval from an appropriate ethics committee, and such approval must be stated in the manuscript.
  7. Published articles are the responsibility of the authors.
  8. The editorial decision regarding publication is final.

  1. Reviewers must evaluate manuscripts within their area of expertise using academic and objective standards.
  2. Manuscripts must be reviewed fairly, impartially, and without personal bias.
  3. Reviewers should provide constructive and relevant feedback to help improve the quality of the manuscript.
  4. Reviewers must declare any conflicts of interest and decline to review if such conflicts exist.
  5. All manuscripts and related information must be treated as confidential.
  6. Any suspected plagiarism, duplication, or unethical practice must be reported to the editor.
  7. Reviewers must submit their evaluations within the timeframe specified by the journal.
  8. The editorial decision is final.

  1. Editors are responsible for selecting manuscripts based on academic quality and relevance to the journal’s scope.
  2. Editors must ensure rigorous screening for plagiarism, duplication, and research misconduct and may retract articles when ethical violations are identified.
  3. Editors must maintain confidentiality of authors and reviewers throughout the review process.
  4. Manuscripts must be evaluated fairly and transparently, without discrimination or bias.
  5. Editors must verify that research involving humans or animals has received appropriate ethical approval.
  6. Editors must avoid conflicts of interest in all editorial decisions.
  7. Editors should not submit their own manuscripts to the journal they manage.
  8. The editorial decision regarding publication is final.
