The research instruments included the self-care program for fall prevention and data collection tools such as personal information Questionnaires, self-care behavior assessment forms for fall prevention at home, and fall frequency assessment forms. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, paired sample t-tests, and chi-square tests . The results showed that after participating in the program, the experimental group exhibited significantly higher self-care behaviors and fewer falls compared to before the intervention (P< 0.05) Furthermore, the experimental group demonstrated significantly better self-care behaviors and fewer falls than the control (P< 0.05) This research indicates that the self-care program for fall prevention effectively reduces falls and promotes self-care behaviors among elderly people These findings can be applied to proactive elderly care programs within communities to help elderly individuals live independently and safely in society.
