ผลของการใช้นวัตกรรมเจลสหัศธาราร่วมกับการนวดและการประคบสมุนไพรต่อการลดอาการปวดในผู้ป่วยกลุ่มอาการปวดกล้ามเนื้อ

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการทดลองเชิงคลินิก รูปแบบวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิผลของเจล สหัศธาราร่วมกับการนวดและประคบสมุนไพรกับการนวดและประคบสมุนไพรเพียงอย่างเดียว ในการลดอาการปวดกล้ามเนื้อ และประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อนวัตกรรมเจลสหัศธาราที่พัฒนาขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ป่วยอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป ที่มีระดับความปวดตั้งแต่ 4 ขึ้นไป จำนวน 50 ราย แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 25 ราย (ได้รับการนวดและประคบสมุนไพร 3 ครั้ง ในวันที่ 1, 3 และ 5 ร่วมกับทาเจลสหัศธาราเองที่บ้าน วันละ 2 ครั้ง เช้า-เย็น) และกลุ่มควบคุม 25 ราย (ได้รับการนวดและประคบสมุนไพรเพียงอย่างเดียว 3 ครั้ง) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ Paired t-test, Independent sample t-test (one-tailed) และ Chi-square test กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ p < 0.05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ทั้งสองกลุ่มมีระดับความปวดลดลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p <. 001) โดยกลุ่มทดลองลดลงจาก 7.04 เหลือ 2.08 (t = 24.318, p < .001) และกลุ่มควบคุมลดลงจาก 6.52 เหลือ 2.96 (t = 18.524, p < .001) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบระหว่างกลุ่ม พบว่ากลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนความปวดลดลงเฉลี่ย (4.96 ± 1.02) มากกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม (3.56 ± 0.96) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t = 4.996, p <. 001) กลุ่มทดลองมีสัดส่วนของผู้ป่วยที่หายปวดสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างชัดเจน (72.0% เทียบกับ 36.0%) (p < .011) สำหรับความพึงพอใจต่อนวัตกรรมเจลสหัศธาราอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (4.63 ± 0.51) โดยมีคะแนนสูงสุดในด้านความปลอดภัย ไม่พบอาการแพ้หรือระคายเคือง (4.84 ± 0.37) รองลงมาคือประสิทธิภาพการบรรเทาปวดและบรรจุภัณฑ์พกพาง่าย (4.76± 0.44) สรุปได้ว่าเจลสหัศธาราเป็นทางเลือกเสริมที่มีศักยภาพร่วมกับการนวดและประคบสมุนไพรเพื่อลดอาการปวดกล้ามเนื้อในระยะสั้น
