Authors must submit manuscripts that have not been published elsewhere before, and must not have simultaneous submissions to other journals during the review process or after acceptance for publication.
Authors must have documentation of approval from their institution's ethics committee for the research conducted.
Content in the article must properly cite sources by indicating "source" to prevent copyright infringement (in case of any legal disputes, the author will be solely responsible, and the journal will not be liable in any way).
Authors must revise their manuscripts according to reviewers' and editors' feedback within the specified timeframe.
All authors must have genuinely participated in the research. All authors share responsibility for the publicly published content.

Reviewers must not bring personal opinions into their evaluation, must have no conflicts of interest, and must review under principles of fairness.
Reviewers must not disclose information to unauthorized persons during the manuscript review period.
Reviewers are assigned manuscripts that match their expertise only. If any part of a manuscript appears similar to or duplicates other works, reviewers must notify the editor.

Editors consider the quality of manuscripts for publication in their journals and do not publish articles that have been published elsewhere.
Editors verify the accuracy of manuscripts, select works for publication, or retract works after the review process, all under principles of equality, without conflicts of interest, and only for original work not previously published elsewhere.
Information about authors and reviewers will be kept confidential throughout the review period from unauthorized parties, especially to protect intellectual property from business interests.
Editors check for plagiarism using reliable software and have clear procedures in place when plagiarism is detected, including directly contacting authors for clarification.
Editors monitor, improve, and correct publication errors, and ensure journal quality aligns with the journal's objectives.
