About the Journal
The Buddhasothorn Hospital Journal (BSHJ) is a medical journal of Buddhasothorn Hospital, Chachoengsao, Thailand. The first issue was published in 1984 and was registered with an International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) in 2017. Initially, the Buddhasothorn Hospital Journal published printed materials in a book format. Starting in August 2023, the journal established an online presence through the Thai Journals Online (ThaiJO) database. It began accepting online articles via the ThaiJO system in October 2023 and will transition to an electronic journal format starting in January 2024.
The Buddhasothorn Hospital Journal (BSHJ) is a publication established with the purpose of disseminating articles in the fields of medicine and public health. This includes research articles, case reports, review articles, academic articles and medical education research.
Peer Review Process
All articles, such as research articles and case reports, will be subjected to review by at least two qualified reviewers. The authors and reviewers will remain anonymous to each other (Double-Blind). Articles authored by individuals within the institution will be reviewed by individuals or editors from outside the institution. Additionally, submitted articles must not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication by other journals.
