ผลของโปรแกรมการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนต่อพฤติกรรมการดูแล ผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคหืดในผู้ดูแล

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตน ต่อพฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคหืดในผู้ดูแล กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ดูแลหลักผู้ป่วยโรคหืดเด็กที่เข้ารับการรักษาที่คลินิกโรคหืดโรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระยุพราชธาตุพนม อายุ 2-15 ปี จำนวน 30 คน โดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ โปรแกรมการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนต่อพฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคหืดในผู้ดูแล ทำการศึกษาทั้งหมด 6 สัปดาห์ เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ Paired sample t-test ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 80 มีอายุอยู่ในช่วง 31-40 ปี ร้อยละ 46.67 ระยะเวลาในการดูแลผู้ป่วย 2 ปี ร้อยละ 53.33 คะแนนความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคหืดของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคหืด การรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคหืดและพฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคหืดของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคหืด หลังการทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05)
