ประสิทธิผลของแอพพลิเคชันช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วยโรคกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจ ขาดเลือด จังหวัดสกลนคร

การวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลองนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลของแอพพลิเคชันช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วยโรคกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจขาดเลือดชนิดเฉียบพลัน ในจังหวัดสกลนคร ระหว่างเดือนมกราคม ถึงเดือนมิถุนายน 2566 รวบรวมข้อมูลจากแบบคัดลอกข้อมูลโปรแกรม Thai ACS Registry และโปรแกรม Hospital Management Information (HMS) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติทดสอบที
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีประวัติการเป็นโรคหัวใจ ร้อยละ 38.7 มีประวัติการสูบบุหรี่ร้อยละ 63.6 เมื่อมีการใช้แอพพลิเคชัน SAKON NAKHON MODEL แล้ว พบว่าประสิทธิผลของแอพพลิเคชันช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วยโรคกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจขาดเลือดด้านมิติเวลา คือ ระยะเวลาจากการแจ้งเหตุถึงศูนย์สั่งการ ระยะเวลาจากศูนย์สั่งการถึงจุดเกิดเหตุ และระยะเวลาจากการแจ้งเหตุถึงโรงพยาบาล เร็วกว่ามาตรฐานที่กำหนดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนระยะเวลาจากจุดเกิดเหตุถึงโรงพยาบาล เร็วกว่ามาตรฐานที่กำหนดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
