THE EFFECTIVENESS OF APPLICATION FOR PATIENTS WITH MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION, SAKON NAKHON PROVINCE

This Quasi-Experimental Research aimed to study the effectiveness of application for patients with acute myocardial infarction in Sakon Nakhon Province during January-June 2023. Data were collected from data copy from of Thai ACS Registry program and Hospital Management Information (HMS) program. Quantitative data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, and One sample t-test.
The study results revealed that most of the samples had a history of heart disease 38.7%, and a history of smoking 63.6%. When the SAKONNAKHON MODEL application was used, it was found that the effectiveness of the application to help patients with acute myocardial infarction in terms of time: time from incident report to dispatch center, time from dispatch center to incident area and time from incident report to hospital faster than standard with statistically significantly at .01 level; time from incident area to hospital faster than standard with statistically significantly at .05 level.
