ความรู้และแนวปฏิบัติของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านเกี่ยวกับโรคโควิด-19 ในชุมชนเมืองแห่งหนึ่ง จังหวัดขอนแก่น

การศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาภาคตัดขวางในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสัดส่วนของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านในชุมชนเมืองแห่งหนึ่ง จังหวัดขอนแก่น ที่มีความรู้เหมาะสมและแนวปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับโรคโควิด-19 ในสถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 จำนวน 158 คน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามชนิดตอบเอง ในช่วงเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2564 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความชุก สัดส่วน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน โดยใช้ 95% Confidence interval, Chi square test และ Independent Samples t-test
กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 87.3 พบว่าสัดส่วนของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านที่มีความรู้เหมาะสม ร้อยละ 11.4 (95% CI: 6.38 – 16.40) ด้านแนวปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับโรคโควิด-19 พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีแนวปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับโรคโควิด-19 ที่ถูกต้องได้คะแนนเฉลี่ย 6.31คะแนน จากคะแนนเต็ม 8 คะแนน ดังนั้นหน่วยงานทางด้านสาธารณสุขในชุมชนควรให้ความสำคัญในการส่งเสริมพัฒนาความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคโควิด-19 รวมถึงโรคระบาดอื่น ๆ ในชุมชนให้กับอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านอย่างต่อเนื่องและสม่ำเสมอ
