ประสิทธิผลในการใช้โปรแกรม E-claim ของเจ้าหน้าที่โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล อำเภอเมืองบึงกาฬ จังหวัดบึงกาฬ

การวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลองนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินความรู้ และประสิทธิผลการใช้งานโปรแกรม E-claim ของเจ้าหน้าที่โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล อำเภอเมืองบึงกาฬ จังหวัดบึงกาฬ จำนวน 112 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นภาพรวมทั้งชุดเท่ากับ 0.74 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบประสิทธิผลการใช้งานโปรแกรม E-claim ก่อนและหลังทดลองด้วยสถิติ Paired Samples t-test
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 67.3 อายุเฉลี่ย 38.53 ปี (S.D.=7.54) สถานภาพสมรส (คู่) ร้อยละ 79.2 ตำแหน่งพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ร้อยละ 36.5 ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรีร้อยละ 84.3 ประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติงานเฉลี่ย 10 ปี ผลการเปรียบเทียบก่อนและหลังทดลอง มีดังนี้ 1) ความรู้ด้านการใช้โปรแกรม 2) ความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการระบบ 3) การประเมินประสิทธิผลการใช้ระบบโปรแกรม E-claim (ด้านความถูกต้อง ด้านการทำงานร่วมกับระบบอื่น ด้านความเหมาะสมของโปรแกรม ด้านความปลอดภัย และความสอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนด) ตลอดถึงความพึงพอใจของเจ้าหน้าที่ในการใช้โปรแกรม หลังการทดลองดีกว่าก่อนทดลอง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p <0.0001)
