THE EFFECTIVENESS OF E-CLAIM PROGRAM AMONG STAFF AT SUP-DISTRICT HEALTH PROMOTION HOSPITAL, MUEANG BUENG KAN DISTRICT, BUENG KAN PROVINCE

This quasi-experimental research aims to assess knowledge and the effectiveness of using the E-claim program among the staff of sub-district health promotion hospitals. In Mueang Bueng Kan District, Buengkan Province, 112 people used a questionnaire with an overall reliability of 0.74. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, and arithmetic mean. And the standard deviation. Comparative analysis of the effectiveness of using the E-claim program before and after the trial using Paired Samples t-test.
The results showed that most of the samples were female 67.3%, with an average age of 38.53 years (S.D.=7.54), marital status (couple) 79.2%, professional nurse position 36.5%, bachelor's degree level 84.3%, work experience average 10 years. In addition, the results of the comparison before and after the experiment found that: 1) knowledge of using the program, 2) The ability to manage the system, 3) evaluation of the effectiveness of the use of the E-claim program system (accuracy and the aspect of working with other systems, interoperability, suitability, security, and compliance with the requirements). Furthermore, the satisfaction of staff in using the program. After the trial is better than before, statistically significant (p <0.0001).
