ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนารูปแบบการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุทางถนนในพื้นที่ตำบลโคกกลาง อำเภอโนนสะอาด จังหวัดอุดรธานี

การศึกษาภาคตัดขวางนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วม, ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนารูปแบบการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุทางถนนในพื้นที่ตำบลโคกกลาง อำเภอ โนนสะอาด จังหวัดอุดรธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 373 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ และเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐ จำนวน 10 คน คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) การมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (=3.05 S.D.=.62) ได้แก่ การประชุมจัดทำแผน (
=3.09 S.D.=.26), การพัฒนาระบบข้อมูล (
=3.04 S.D.=.31) และการขับเคลื่อน (
=3.03 S.D.=.33) 2) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชน ได้แก่ ภาวะผู้นำ การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน และบทบาทท้องถิ่น มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ของตัวพยากรณ์ เท่ากับ .585 .025 และ -.045
