พฤติกรรมและผลกระทบจากการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ของนักเรียน ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมกับผลกระทบจากการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย โรงเรียนแห่งหนึ่ง จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี จำนวน 396 คน โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เก็บข้อมูลโดยการส่งแบบสอบถามออนไลน์ด้วยแอปพลิเคชัน Google form วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นเพศหญิง อายุเฉลี่ย 16.78 ปี (S.D. = 1.025) กลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือเข้าสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ 3 อันดับแรก คือ Facebook, Instagram และ Youtube ส่วนใหญ่เข้าใช้งานมากกว่า 3 ชั่วโมง/วัน มีพฤติกรรมการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ด้านความบันเทิงมากที่สุด ผลกระทบจากการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์เชิงบวก ได้แก่ การทำให้รู้สึกผ่อนคลาย ลดความเครียด ช่วยค้นหาข้อมูลประกอบการเรียน ในขณะที่ผลกระทบจากการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ เชิงลบ ได้แก่ ทำให้รู้สึกล้าสายตา ปวดกระบอกตา ปวดเมื่อยกล้ามเนื้อบริเวณ คอ ไหล่ ปวดข้อมือ นิ้วล็อคเมื่อใช้เป็นเวลานาน สำหรับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมและผลกระทบจากการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ พบว่า พฤติกรรมมีความสัมพันธ์กับผลกระทบจากการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ในระดับสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r=0.764, p<0.01)
