ผลของการสนับสนุนจากครอบครัวและการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน ต่ออาการทางลบของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท: กรณีศึกษาอำเภอยางสีสุราช จังหวัดมหาสารคาม

การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลการสนับสนุนจากครอบครัวและการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท อำเภอยางสีสุราช จังหวัดมหาสารคาม กลุ่มเป้าหมายประกอบด้วย ผู้ป่วยจิตเภท 12 คน ผู้ดูแลในครอบครัว 12 คน อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข 12 คน และพยาบาลวิชาชีพ 10 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบประเมินอาการทางลบ การสนทนากลุ่มและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา, Paired t-test และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า หลังได้รับการสนับสนุนจากครอบครัวและการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน ผู้ป่วยจิตเภท มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยของอาการทางลบลดลง Mean = 17.50 และ Mean = 6.33 ตามลำดับ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ p< 0.05
