ความต้องการจำเป็นของผู้ใช้บัณฑิตต่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาสาธารณสุขชุมชน วิทยาลัยการสาธารณสุขสิรินธร จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี

การวิจัยประเมินผลนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์และจัดลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นของผู้ใช้บัณฑิตต่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพบัณฑิต หลักสูตรสาธารณสุขศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาสาธารณสุขชุมชน วิทยาลัยการสาธารณสุขสิรินธร จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี ประชากร คือ ผู้ใช้บัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษา ปีการศึกษา 2561 จำนวน 34 คน เครื่องมือประเมินคุณภาพบัณฑิตเป็นรูปแบบการตอบสนองแบบรายคู่ เก็บข้อมูลโดยการส่งแบบสอบถามออนไลน์ด้วยแอปพลิเคชัน Google form วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั่วไปด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา จัดลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นโดยใช้เทคนิค Modify Priority Needs Index (PNImodified)
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ความต้องการจำเป็นด้านกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติที่ควรได้รับการพัฒนา ได้แก่ 1.1) ความสามารถสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมในการพัฒนางาน 1.2) ความรู้ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการวิจัย การบริหารและการจัดการด้านสุขภาพชุมชน และ 1.3) การเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีต่อผู้อื่นทั้งในการดำรงตนและการปฏิบัติงาน 2. ความต้องการจำเป็นด้านผลลัพธ์ผู้เรียนที่ควรได้รับการพัฒนา ได้แก่ 2.1) ทักษะการคิดสร้างสรรค์ 2.2) ความสามารถสร้างงานหรือสัมมาอาชีพบนพื้นฐานของความพอเพียง และ 2.3) การเป็นผู้ร่วมสร้างสรรค์และพัฒนานวัตกรรมทางเทคโนโลยีหรือสังคม
