A NEEDS ASSESSMENT OF EMPLOYERS TOWARD GRADUATE QUALITY DEVELOPMENT FROM THE COMMUNITY PUBLIC HEALTH PROGRAM, SIRINDHORN COLLEGE OF PUBLIC HEALTH, SUPHANBURI

The objectives of this evaluation research were to analyze and prioritize the needs assessment of employers toward graduate quality development of the Bachelor of Public Health Community Public Health Program), Sirindhorn College of Public Health, Suphanburi. Population was 34 graduate employers who graduated in the academic year 2018.The needs assessment questionnaire was in a dual–response format. Data was collected by submitting online questionnaires in Google form application. The data was analyzed with the use of descriptive statistics and the needs were ranked with the use of Modified Priority Needs Index (PNImodified).
The research results show that 1. The needs for Thai qualifications framework for higher education that should be developed include: 1.1) the ability to create innovation in work development, 1.2) knowledge and understanding in research process, health administration and community health management and 1.3) being a role model to others, both in self-preservation and performance. 2. The needs for desired outcomes of education that should be improved include: 2.1) creative thinking skills, 2.2) the ability to create a job or career prospects based on self-sufficiency and 2.3) being a co-creator and developer of technological or social innovations.
