ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุ ในเขตพื้นที่ ตำบลสันป่าตอง อำเภอนาเชือก จังหวัดมหาสารคาม

การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุ ในเขตพื้นที่ตำบลสันป่าตอง อำเภอนาเชือก จังหวัดมหาสารคาม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้สูงอายุ จำนวนทั้งหมด 542 คน เป็นการวิจัยแบบภาคตัดขวาง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และใช้สถิติเชิงอนุมานวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้สูงอายุ ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง (ร้อยละ 55.7) อายุเฉลี่ย 69.33 ปี ส่วนใหญ่รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนต่ำกว่า 5,000 บาทต่อเดือน (ร้อยละ 94.1) สำหรับคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวมของผู้สูงอายุ ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 54.2 เมื่อจำแนกคุณภาพชีวิตรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านสุขภาพกาย ด้านสัมพันธภาพทางสังคม และด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ส่วนใหญ่มีคุณภาพชีวิตระดับไม่ดี (ร้อยละ 43.5, 44.4 และ 40.2 ตามลำดับ) ส่วนด้านจิตใจ ส่วนใหญ่มีคุณภาพชีวิตระดับปานกลาง (ร้อยละ 42.3) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุ ได้แก่ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน การมีหนี้สิน และโรคประจำตัว (p-value =0.014, 0.007, 0.012 และ 0.029 ตามลำดับ)
