คุณภาพชีวิตของนักศึกษาปริญญาตรีในหอพัก : กรณีศึกษา ในมหาวิทยาลัยคัดสรรแห่งหนึ่ง

การสำรวจภาคตัดขวางนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตและปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของนักศึกษาปริญญาตรีที่พักอาศัยหอพักเอกชนในกำกับของมหาวิทยาลัย ใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างเป็นระบบ จำนวน 144 คน เก็บข้อมูลในเดือนตุลาคม 2563 ด้วยแบบสอบถามออนไลน์ที่สร้างขึ้นค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.84 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย ร้อยละ ค่ากลาง Mann-Whitney U test และ Kruskal-Wallis H test
กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นนักศึกษาเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 81.3 มีความพึงพอใจในทำเลที่ตั้งของหอพักทำให้เข้าถึงบริการของมหาวิทยาลัยได้สะดวก โดยเฉพาะการเข้าถึงห้องสมุด ร้อยละ 90.3 ในขณะที่ไม่พึงพอใจใน ความเร็วอินเตอร์เน็ตร้อยละ 69.4 มีคุณภาพชีวิตอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง พบว่า การบริการของสำนักงานหอพัก สิ่งแวดล้อมบริเวณหอพัก อำนวยความสะดวกในหอพัก สภาพแวดล้อมห้องพัก และความคุ้มค่า มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของนักศึกษาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
