การประเมินผลโครงการกระเป๋ายาสมุนไพรในครัวเรือน อำเภอดอนสัก จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินผลการดำเนินงานโครงการกระเป๋ายาสมุนไพร ในครัวเรือน ในพื้นที่อำเภอดอนสัก จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี มีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 2 กลุ่ม คือ 1) กลุ่มบุคคลที่เข้าร่วมสนทนากลุ่มและให้ข้อมูลสำคัญของโครงการ ได้แก่ แกนนำชุมชน อาสาสมัครประจำหมู่บ้าน และคณะทำงาน (ซึ่งเลือกแบบเจาะจง) จำนวน 47 คน และ 2) กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 355 คน ใช้การสุ่มอย่างเป็นระบบ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา สถิติพรรณา ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติไคสแควร์
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า มีครัวเรือนเข้าร่วม จำนวน 3,099 ครัวเรือน ประชาชนมีความรู้ความเข้าใจการดูแลสุขภาพเบื้องต้นด้วยยาสมุนไพร ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการส่วนใหญ่พึงพอใจในโครงการ ซึ่งข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นตัวแทนครัวเรือน จำนวน 355 คน พบว่า มีพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาแคปซูลขมิ้นชัน ร้อยละ 35.21 ส่วนใหญ่มีระดับความรู้เรื่องสุขภาพในระดับดี ร้อยละ 65.4 ( = 15.81 , SD. = 2.14) มีความพึงพอใจต่อโครงการกระเป๋ายาสมุนไพรประจำครัวเรือนในภาพรวมปานกลาง ร้อยละ 55.8 พบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการเจ็บป่วยในระหว่าง 3 เดือนที่ผ่านมา และอาการเจ็บป่วยกับการใช้ยาสมุนไพรในครัวเรือนของประชาชน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001
