ผลของการพอกเข่าด้วยตำรับยาสมุนไพรต่ออาการปวดเข่าในผู้ป่วย โรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมโรงพยาบาลบ้านโคก จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาแบบกึ่งทดลอง เพื่อศึกษาผลของการพอกเข่าด้วยตำรับยาพอกต่ออาการปวดเข่าในผู้ป่วยโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อม โรงพยาบาลบ้านโคก จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เลือกแบบเจาะจง จากผู้มารับบริการในโรงพยาบาลบ้านโคก จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ จำนวน 30 คน ผู้ป่วยได้รับการพอกเข่าด้วย สมุนไพร จำนวน 5 วัน วันละ 1 ครั้ง ครั้งละ 20 นาที โดยให้สมุนไพรวันเว้นวัน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลในการศึกษา แบ่งเป็น 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามผู้ป่วย แบบประเมินอาการปวดเข่า แบบบันทึกการวัดองศาการเคลื่อนไหวของข้อเข่า วิเคราะห์โดยใช้ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบี่ยงมาตรฐาน และ Paired t-test
สรุปผลการวิจัยว่าผลการเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยระดับอาการปวดเข่าของกลุ่มตัวอย่างระหว่างก่อนการพอกครั้งที่ 1 และหลังการพอกครั้งที่ 5 แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยก่อนพอกครั้งที่ 1 มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 5.70 หลังการพอกครั้งที่ 5 ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 2.47 นอกจากนี้ผลการเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยองศาการเคลื่อนไหวของข้อเข่าของกลุ่มตัวอย่างระหว่างก่อนการพอกครั้งที่ 1 และหลังการพอกครั้งที่ 5 ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยก่อนพอกครั้งที่ 1 มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 117.67 หลังการพอกครั้งที่ 5 ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 118.67
