Abstract

Thailand has undergone significant cannabis policy, and legislation changes from 2019 to 2022. This study aims to compare cannabis use behavior among Thai youths. It was three multi-serial cross-sectional surveys across the country. Using a stratified multi-stage sampling method, the sample consisted of 17,334 youths aged 12-24. Data collection employed self-administered questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Repeated ANOVA.
It has emerged that cannabis literacy levels dropped from cannabis as an illegal drug period. These changes were statistically significant. (P<0.0001)
