Abstract

Thailand has undergone significant cannabis policy, and legislation changes from 2019 to 2022. This study aims to compare cannabis use behavior among Thai youths. It was conducted using three multi-serial cross-sectional surveys across the country. Using a stratified multi-stage sampling method, the sample consisted of 15,766 youths aged 12-24. Data collection employed self-administered questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and chi-square.
It has emerged that youths have easier access to cannabis. Cannabis use behavior increased. These changes were statistically significant. (P<0.0001)
