EFFECTIVENESS OF TELEMEDICINE MONITORING ON PATIENTS WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES DURING AND AFTER THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

การวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลองนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิผลของระบบบริการแพทย์ทางไกลที่ใช้ดูแลผู้ป่วยเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ในช่วงการระบาดและหลังการระบาดของโควิด-19 กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลโป่งเปือย อำเภอเมืองบึงกาฬ จังหวัดบึงกาฬ จำนวน 50 คน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบคัดลอกข้อมูลและแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบที
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 72.1 อายุเฉลี่ย 62.53 ปี (S.D.= 11.223) น้ำหนักเฉลี่ย 62.15 กิโลกรัม (S.D.= 11.165) ผลการประเมินประสิทธิผลของระบบบริการแพทย์ทางไกลในการดูแลผู้ป่วยเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ช่วงการระบาดและหลังการระบาดของ โควิด-19 โดยเปรียบเทียบค่า HbA1c, GFR, LDL, HDL, Tr, Cho, Cr พบว่า หลังการทดลอง ผลการตรวจสุขภาพทางห้องปฏิบัติการดีกว่าก่อนทดลองทุกตัวชี้วัด อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.0001) ทั้งนี้ผู้ป่วยพอใจระบบบริการแพทย์ทางไกลมาก
