Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The manuscript must be an original work that has not been previously published and has not been submitted or presented in full at any academic conference proceedings.
- Authors must register as members of the Journal of Nursing, Health Sciences and Education through the ThaiJO online journal system. Registration is free of charge.
- The manuscript must be prepared using Microsoft Word (.docx) on A4-sized white paper (21 × 29.7 cm), with the following margins: top 3.81 cm, bottom 2.54 cm, left 3.81 cm, and right 2.54 cm. The text must be typed in TH SarabunPSK font, size 16, for both Thai and English. The manuscript should be single-column, single-spaced, and printed on a single side. The length of research articles, including references, should be 15–20 pages, while academic articles, including references, should be 10–15 pages.
- The use of the Thai language, English translation of terms, or transliteration must follow the Royal Institute guidelines. English may be used where no Thai equivalent exists. For abbreviations, the full term must be written out followed by the abbreviation in parentheses at first mention, and standardized abbreviations should be used there after.
- Tables must have their titles placed above the table. For charts, figures, or images, titles or captions must be placed below the respective chart or image.
- If a manuscript has already been submitted for peer review and the author subsequently requests withdrawal from the publication process, the author is required to cover all reviewer compensation costs associated with the manuscript review process.
