The purpose of this research was to study the problems and needs of the development of the risk management process under the Chonburi Provincial Public Health Office. The research was conducted in 4 stages, the duration of the study was from November 2023 to June 2024. Percentage of Average () Standard Deviation (SD) t-test and content analysis
The results showed that: 1) Opinions of health workers on the elements of implementing the organizational risk management system according to the conceptual framework. 2) The risk management process development model under the Chonburi Provincial Public Health Office consists of 6 steps, and 3) the opinion of the Risk Management Committee of the agencies under the Chonburi Provincial Public Health Office on the risk management process development model under the Chonburi Provincial Public Health Office were at a highest level.
