บทคัดย่อ
การลงแผลผ่าตัด bicoronal แบบดั้งเดิม (classic bicoronal incision) สำ หรับการผ่าตัดเปิดกะโหลกศีรษะส่วนหน้าแบบ bifrontal มักมีการลงแผลใกล้ตำ แหน่งของหลอดเลือดแดง Superficial temporal (STA) โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งแขนงหน้าของหลอดเลือดแดง superficial temporal (frontal branch of STA, fSTA) และมักทำ ให้เกิดการบาดเจ็บต่อหลอดเลือดดังกล่าว ผู้ประพันธ์จึงได้ทบทวนข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับตำ แหน่งของหลอดเลือดนี้ รวมถึงได้ทบทวนเทคนิคการลงแผลผ่าตัดแบบ bicoronal แบบประยุกต์ (modified bicoronal incision) และผลต่อหลอดเลือดดังกล่าว รวมทั้งข้อดีและข้อด้อยของเทคนิคนี้
