บทคัดย่อ
ภาวะหลอดเลือดสมองหดรัดเกร็ง (cerebral vasospasm) เป็นภาวะแทรกซ้อนหลังเกิดภาวะหลอดเลือดสมองโป่งพองแตก ในปัจจุบันยังไม่มีแนวทางการรักษาที่เป็นมาตรฐาน การบำ บัดทางหลอดเลือดแดงด้วยยาขยายหลอดเลือด nimodipine (intra-arterial nimodipine injection: IAN) เป็นการรักษาที่มี ใช้กันมากขึ้น ผู้ประพันธ์จึงนำข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวกับผลการรักษาด้วยวิธีนี้มาเรียบเรียงและเสนอเป็นแนวทางการรักษา
