บทคัดย่อ
ผู้ป่วยเด็กอายุ 3 ปี มาด้วยอาการอาเจียนมาประมาณ 2 สัปดาห์ ต่อมามีอาการอ่อนแรงซีกขวาและเดินเช ตรวจเอกซเรย์คอมพิวเตอร์ของสมองพบก้อนเนื้องอกขนาตใหญ่ (6.8 X 7.2 6.6 ซม.) ที่สมองกลีบหน้าด้านช้าย มีภาวะสมองบวมและถูกกดเบียด ผู้ป่วยได้รับการผ่าตัดเนื้องอกออกทั้งหมด ผลการตรวจทางพยาธิวิทยาเป็นเนื้องอกชนิด
Desmoplastic infantile ganglioglioma (DIG) (WHO 2016 grade I) หลังผ่าตัดผู้ป่วยมีอาการดีขึ้นเป็นลำดับจนปกติ
