การศึกษาหาแอนติบอดีต่อเชื้อฮานตาไวรัสในหนูจากจังหวัดนครปฐมและนครราชสีมาประเทศไทย
บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสำรวจความชุกของแอนติบอดีต่อเชื้อฮานตาไวรัสในหนูที่จับได้จากจังหวัดนครปฐม และนครราชสีมา โดยจับหนู 354 ตัว จาก 6 หมู่บ้านที่มีลักษณะแตกต่างกันในจังหวัดนครปฐม ระหว่างเดือน กุมภาพันธ์ ถึงมีนาคม พ.ศ. 2541 และหนู 326 ตัว จาก 14 หมู่บ้านในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา ระหว่างเดือน สิงหาคม ถึงตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2541 ความชุกของแอนติบอดีต่อเชื้อฮานตาไวรัสในจังหวัดนครปฐมเป็นร้อยละ 2.3 พบมากในหนูท่อ (Rattus norvegicus) และหนูพุกใหญ่ (Bandicota indica) ร้อยละ 3.8 และ 2.6 ตามลำดับ ความชุกของแอนติบอดีต่อเชื้อฮานตาไวรัสในจังหวัดนครราชสีมาเป็นร้อยละ 4.0 พบมากในหนูพุกใหญ่ (Bandicota indica) และหนูบ้าน (Rattus exulans) ร้อยละ 19.1 และ 3.5 ตามลำดับ
