สรุปสาระสำคัญ
- ในช่วงต้นปี พ.ศ. 2568 พบว่าโรคอุจจาระร่วงเฉียบพลันมีแนวโน้มเพิ่มสูงขึ้นตั้งแต่ปลายเดือนมกราคม หลังจากนั้นมีแนวโน้มคงที่ อย่างไรก็ตามจำนวนผู้ป่วยยังคงใกล้เคียงกับปีที่ผ่านมา และค่ามัธยฐาน 5 ปีย้อนหลัง (พ.ศ. 2563–2567)
- พบเหตุการณ์การระบาดของโรคอุจจาระร่วงเฉียบพลันเป็นกลุ่มก้อนจำนวน 92 เหตุการณ์ โดยพบมากที่สุดในสถานศึกษา รองมา คือ เรือนจำ และที่พัก ส่วนใหญ่มาจากการรับประทานอาหารร่วมกันของคนหมู่มาก และมีการจัดเตรียมอาหารล่วงหน้าไว้เป็นเวลานานโดยไม่ได้อุ่นซ้ำ
- ประชาชนควรเน้นมาตรการ “สุก ร้อน สะอาด” เจ้าหน้าสาธารณสุขควรเพิ่มความเข้มข้นของการให้สุขศึกษาเกี่ยวกับสุขอนามัยส่วนบุคคลและมาตรการทางสุขาภิบาลอาหาร และเฝ้าระวังโรคอุจจาระร่วงเฉียบพลัน โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในสถานศึกษาอย่างใกล้ชิด
