การป้องกันภาวะโลหิตจางในสตรีตั้งครรภ์: ความท้าทายของพยาบาลแผนกฝากครรภ์

บทคัดย่อ
ภาวะโลหิตจางในสตรีตั้งครรภ์เป็นปัญหาด้านสาธารณสุขที่สำคัญทั้งในระดับโลกและระดับประเทศ ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบรุนแรงต่อภาวะสุขภาพของมารดาและทารกในครรภ์ บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอสถานการณ์ สาเหตุ นโยบายที่เกี่ยวข้อง และแนวทางการพยาบาลเพื่อป้องกันภาวะโลหิตจางในสตรีตั้งครรภ์ โดยบูรณาการหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ที่มีอยู่ในปัจจุบัน ซึ่งสรุปสาระสำคัญได้ว่าการพยาบาลภายใต้กรอบแนวคิดแบบแผนความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ (Health Belief Model: HBM) ร่วมกับการใช้สื่อดิจิทัลมีประสิทธิภาพสูงในการเพิ่มความรู้ การรับรู้ความเสี่ยง และเพิ่มพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของสตรีตั้งครรภ์ที่ดีขึ้นในการป้องกันภาวะโลหิตจางขณะตั้งครรภ์ ข้อสรุปจากบทความนี้แสดงให้เห็นถึงความท้าทายของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในแผนกรับฝากครรภ์เป็นอย่างมากในการพัฒนาระบบการพยาบาลเชิงรุกที่ครอบคลุมทั้งการคัดกรองและจำแนกกลุ่มผู้รับบริการ การให้สุขศึกษา และการติดตามผลอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อลดอุบัติการณ์ของภาวะโลหิตจางรายใหม่ในระหว่างตั้งครรภ์
