คำแนะนำผู้แต่ง

คำแนะนำสำหรับผู้แต่ง (Instructions for Authors)

1. ประเภทบทความที่รับพิจารณา

วารสารเปิดรับบทความทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ ประกอบด้วย

• บทความวิจัย (Research Article)

• บทความวิชาการ (Academic Article)

• บทความนวัตกรรม / R2R / ปฏิบัติการ (Practical or Innovation Article)

บทความทุกประเภทจะผ่านการกลั่นกรองตามมาตรฐาน Double-Blind Peer Review จากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2. หลักเกณฑ์ทั่วไปก่อนส่งบทความ

ผู้แต่งจะต้องยืนยันว่า

• บทความ ไม่เคยตีพิมพ์หรืออยู่ระหว่างการพิจารณาในวารสารอื่น

• มีการระบุ ชื่อ–สกุล สังกัด และอีเมลของผู้แต่งและผู้ร่วมแต่งทุกคนอย่างครบถ้วน

• หากเป็น วิจัยในมนุษย์ ต้องระบุเลขที่รับรองจริยธรรม (Human Research Ethics Approval Number)

• ต้องผ่านการตรวจสอบการคัดลอก (Plagiarism Check) โดย Similarity Index ไม่เกิน 30%

3. รูปแบบต้นฉบับ (Manuscript Format)

• ไฟล์ต้นฉบับต้องเป็น Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) เท่านั้น

• ใช้ตัวอักษร TH Sarabun New ขนาด 16 pt ทั้งบทความ

• ความยาว ไม่เกิน 12 หน้า A4 (รวมบทคัดย่อ ตาราง ภาพ และเอกสารอ้างอิง)

• ระยะบรรทัดเดียว (Single spacing)

• จัดหน้ากระดาษ A4 Margin 1 นิ้วทุกด้าน

• บทคัดย่อไม่เกิน 300 คำ และ คำสำคัญไม่เกิน 5 คำ

• การอ้างอิงใช้ Vancouver Style

4. โครงสร้างเนื้อหาของบทความ

4.1 บทความวิจัย ควรประกอบด้วย

• ชื่อเรื่อง (TH/EN)

• ชื่อผู้แต่ง / สังกัด / อีเมล

• บทคัดย่อ (Abstract) TH & EN

• คำสำคัญ (Keywords) TH & EN

• บทนำ (Introduction)

• วิธีการวิจัย (Methodology)

• ผลการวิจัย (Results)

• อภิปรายผล (Discussion)

• สรุป / ข้อเสนอแนะ (Conclusion)

• เอกสารอ้างอิง (References)

4.2 บทความวิชาการ / นวัตกรรม

• ชื่อเรื่อง / บทคัดย่อ / คำสำคัญ TH & EN

• บทนำและความสำคัญของประเด็น

• เนื้อหาเชิงวิเคราะห์ วิพากษ์ หรือแนวปฏิบัติ

• ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงวิชาชีพ / นโยบาย

• เอกสารอ้างอิง (Vancouver Style)

5. การอ้างอิง (Vancouver Citation Style)

• ใช้ การอ้างอิงแบบตัวเลขตามลำดับในเนื้อหา [1], [2]

• เอกสารอ้างอิงทั้งหมดต้องเรียง ตามลำดับตัวเลขของการอ้างในบทความ

• ตัวอย่างรูปแบบวารสาร:

Halpern SD, Ubel PA, Caplan AL. Solid-organ transplantation in HIV-infected patients. N Engl J Med. 2002;347(4):284-7.

6. ขั้นตอนการส่งบทความ

• ส่งผ่านระบบ ThaiJO เท่านั้น 

• ผู้แต่งต้อง ลงทะเบียน / Log in → Start New Submission

• หากต้องแก้ไขบทความ ห้ามส่งซ้ำใหม่ — ให้ Upload ในช่อง Discussion / Revision ของ submission เดิมแทน

7. ระบบกลั่นกรอง (Peer Review Process)

• ใช้ระบบ Double-Blind Peer Review

• ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 2–3 ท่านจะประเมินตามคุณภาพวิชาการ ความเหมาะสม และจริยธรรม

• ระยะเวลาการประเมิน ~4–8 สัปดาห์

8. นโยบายจริยธรรม (Publication Ethics)

• วารสารยึดตามหลักจริยธรรมการตีพิมพ์ของ COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics)

• หากบทความพบว่ามี การคัดลอก ใช้ข้อมูลเท็จ หรือขัดจริยธรรม
  วารสารจะ ปฏิเสธหรือประกาศถอนบทความ (Retraction) ทันที

 Instructions for Authors

1. Types of Manuscripts Accepted

The BCNKK Alumni Journal of Nursing and Community Health accepts manuscripts written in Thai or English, in the following categories:

• Research Articles

• Academic Articles

• Practical / R2R / Innovation Articles

All manuscripts are subject to a Double-Blind Peer Review process by at least two qualified reviewers.

2. General Submission Requirements

Authors must certify that:

• The manuscript has not been previously published or submitted elsewhere.

• Full names, affiliations, and email addresses of all authors and co-authors are provided.

• Research involving human participants must include ethical approval identification (IRB number).

• All submissions must pass a plagiarism check with a similarity index not exceeding 30%.

3. Manuscript Format

• File type: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) only.

• Font: TH Sarabun New, size 16 pt throughout.

• Paper size: A4, margins 1 inch on all sides, single spacing.

• Maximum length: 12 pages, including abstract, tables, figures, and references.

• Abstract: maximum 300 words; Keywords: maximum 5 words.

• Citation style: Vancouver Reference Style only.

4. Article Structure

4.1 Research Article

• Title (Thai & English)

• Author names / affiliations / email addresses

• Abstract and Keywords (Thai & English)

• Introduction

• Methodology

• Results

• Discussion

• Conclusion / Recommendations

• References

4.2 Academic or Innovation Article

• Title / Abstract / Keywords (Thai & English)

• Introduction and background

• Analytical or reflective discussion

• Practical or policy recommendations

• References (Vancouver Style)

5. Reference and Citation Guidelines (Vancouver Style)

• Use numerical order [1], [2] in the text.

• References must appear in the same order as cited.
  Example:

Halpern SD, Ubel PA, Caplan AL. Solid-organ transplantation in HIV-infected patients. N Engl J Med. 2002;347(4):284–7.

6. Submission Process

• Manuscripts must be submitted via the ThaiJO online submission system only.

• Authors must register or log in and click “Start New Submission.”

• When submitting a revised version, do not create a new submission; upload revisions in the Discussion / Revision section of the existing submission.

7. Peer Review Process

All manuscripts undergo Double-Blind Peer Review by two or more independent experts.
Reviewers evaluate academic rigor, methodological quality, ethical compliance, and clarity of presentation.
The review process typically takes 4–8 weeks.

8. Publication Ethics

This journal adheres to the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) standards.
Any manuscripts found to involve plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, or other ethical misconduct
will be rejected or retracted immediately.
