Abstract

Scimitar syndrome is a rare congenital cardiovascular and pulmonary malformation. Its symptoms vary from asymptomatic to congestive heart failure. For adults with scimitar syndrome, there are no or mild symptoms. A careful examination of chest X-rays is crucial in accurately diagnosing the condition and developing an appropriate treatment plan.
