Postnatal care of women with a history of methamphetamine uses and families Tha Khan Tho District Kalasin Province

Pregnant women with a history of postpartum methamphetamine use have complications in care and follow-up. The objective of the study was to study the effects of postpartum care for women with a history of methamphetamine use and their families. During May 2021 - May 2023, the sample was calculated with WINPEPI program, a sample of 31 persons was analyzed with frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Chi-square test, and Paired sample T- test.
The results showed that 33 voluntary subjects were aged 21-30 years and 31-40 years old, 39.40% had a second pregnancy, and 45.50% had one antenatal care. 60.60% First antenatal care in the third trimester 78.80% After birth, 90% of babies weighed more than or equal to 2,500 grams. (mean= 10.39, SD= 2.81) and after the experiment. (mean = 20.90, SD = 2.77). There is a statistically significant difference in P-value <0.001.
